About Us

Practical work with communities in Uganda

Infinity Grace Community Development is an NGO dedicated to enhancing community life in Uganda through access to clean water, agricultural development, and secondary education. We believe that by providing these essential services, we can help villagers break the cycle of poverty, promote sustainable development, and ultimately contribute to a prosperous Uganda.

Water

Grace Wells Vision

The Grace Wells Vision is active in remote villages and schools across Uganda.

IGCD identifies suitable locations, drills wells, and works with local schools and communities to improve reliable access to clean water. The wells support daily life, learning, and productive use of the land.

Clean water supports healthier communities and gives schools and farms a stronger foundation for daily life.

Education

Secondary Education Empowerment

IGCD supports secondary schools with chemistry laboratories, computer equipment, and sanitary pads to strengthen learning and help more students complete high school.

We also work with local teachers through in-person and live-streamed lessons, develop locally relevant materials, and connect Ugandan schools with students and schools in China, the United States, and Europe.

Agriculture

Eden Farm Initiative

In Mityana now

The Eden Farm Initiative is already taking shape in Mityana District.

A 70-hectare demonstration farm is producing maize, onions, garlic, carrots, and leafy vegetables, with underground water and active post-harvest operations. The farm is intended to become a practical resource base for nearby secondary schools.

Medium-term plan

Investing in the Next Generation

IGCD's medium-term plan connects education, family livelihoods, and child development.

In schools, we aim to improve learning conditions through reliable water infrastructure, computer and chemistry laboratories, educational support, and sanitary supplies for girls—helping students stay in school, develop their interests, and build the knowledge and skills that form the foundation of human capital.

Beyond the school, we work with selected parents and farming families through the Eden Farm demonstration model, providing practical agricultural training that can be adapted to their own land. This includes improving crop yields, diversifying family farming through vegetables, poultry, fish and other activities, and gradually introducing water-saving irrigation, circular farming, and appropriate value-added processing.

The goal is not simply to increase agricultural output. It is to help families earn more stable incomes, provide better nutrition for their children, and create a stronger home environment for education and development.

The Mityana farm provides a practical base where these approaches can be tested, adapted and demonstrated with local communities. Over the next decade, IGCD hopes to work alongside schools and families to help nurture a new generation of educated, healthy and economically empowered young Ugandans—contributing, step by step, to a more prosperous Uganda.
